Through GoDigitalQld, the Queensland Government is encouraging the use of digital technologies by government agencies, business and individuals, to create business opportunities, promote economic growth and improve the lives and lifestyles of Queenslanders.

This interactive engagement space is regularly updated with digital updates and opportunities. Some of the latest ‘digital’ updates and opportunities happening at the moment:

  • The Digital Skills for all Queenslanders roadshow will visit regional towns to enable participants the opportunity to get hands-on with digital technologies, learn about digital skills, understand the benefits that digital inclusion can bring to a community and hear from experts and real life practitioners about their own digital journeys.   • Building your digital capability – Digital Scorecard
    Work out your digital score to find out if your organisation is destined to thrive, succeed and compete in the global marketplace.
    Understand how digitally prepared your organisation is by taking Queensland Government’s free, confidential online assessment and receive a Digital Scorecard.
    You will also:
    - gain tips on how your organisation can improve its digital capability
    - be able to compare your organisation with other similar ones in your region and industry
    - be notified about Digital Business Workshops in your area to help improve your digital score.

Nominate a community digital champion – NOW OPEN!

Do you know someone who could help others be more digitally savvy in your community?

Nominate them for the Advance Queensland Community Digital Champions program.

Champions will come from all walks of life. They can be any age and represent any industry, community or demographic group.

In some cases, Champions will be individuals who have simply seen a need and found a digital solution. They may not have had a background in digital technologies.

Champions will be undertaking activities or prepared to undertake activities in their communities to help improve Queensland’s digital literacy and digital adoption.
